1879 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64 Cameo. A white coin. Only 1,100 proofs issued. A lustrous example, fully struck with rippling silver mirrors and extremely choice cameos. The years from 1879 to 1889 in the seated Liberty quarter series are the most popular due to their very low mintage. Tiny spot in the right obv field by Liberty's knee.
