1869 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded MS-63 Brown. Well struck. The so-called 9/9 variety although not shown on the holder. Recutting of the date numerals in this period is often found (similar to the 1869 recut date Two-cent pieces) and a popular variety. Lustrous. Pop 43; 57 finer; 42 in 64; 12 in 65; 3 in 66. (PCGS # 2094) .
