1848 N-19 R6-. Proof 60. Attractive medium brown and chocolate with delicate overtones of violet and rose in the fields. No spots, stains, or contact marks. Possibly lightly cleaned long ago, but there are no hairlines and the mirrors are moderately deep. Excellent eye appeal for this proof-only die variety, the only 1848 cent variety available in proof.
