1890-O DMPL Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64 DMPL. When we catalogued it we were struck by the awesome mirrors of the raw DMPL '81-O dollar in this sale, but this coin is certified and its mirrors are nearly as deep. Its surfaces are especially clean and the cameo portrait as well as the frosted eagle are both excellent. These Deep Mirror Proof Like dollars have a special appeal all their own, and here's a great example of why they do.
