1863 Silver Three Cents. PCGS graded MS-66. Well struck with semi-prooflike surfaces all delicately toned. A frosty gem with eruptions of faint gold, rose, and silvery violt on both sides. Thoroughly and fully struck, with not even a hint of limitation in the detail at the star, the star outlines, or the central shield. Only 21,460 minted. Old green holder. Pop 15; 4 in MS-68.
