1878 Morgan Dollar. 8 tail feathers. MS-65. An original and pleasingly toned Morgan dollar. Some stray abrasions are almost invisible beneath the deep colors. The leaf cluster inside ON of ONE is flatly struck. The toning is a thoroughly set golden gray with the entire right obverse blushing in a lovely medium iridescent blue. Ex Walter H.
