1803 S-263 R3. VG-10. A couple points sharper with a pair of old pinscratches inside the wreath. Otherwise this cent is a very attractive glossy medium brown with smooth surfaces. M-LDS, Breen state VI, with a cud break connecting the date to the rim below.
