1803 S-259 R4 Small Date with Large Fraction. Good-5. A couple points sharper but covered with fine granularity. No marks or verdigris. Dark olive and steel. The date and legends are clear, although the bottom of the 3 is weak as always on this die combination. EDS, Breen state I.
