Rare 1945 Dime with Full Bands, ICG graded MS 64. ICG graded MS-64 Full Bands. Frosty and untoned, with the all-important central reverse bands just separated. For some reason coining pressure on 1945 Philadelphia dimes was turned down a notch, enough to extend die life, but not enough to strike up the bands very often. Hence very few of the Full Bands coins are known of this date.
