Republican Rome. Lot of Early AE's, c. 269 BC. Largest coin, a Triens: Thunderbolt with four pellets, front and back (Sear II 542). Also a Janus As of 211-206 BC. (cf. Sear II 627ff.). Plus AE Quincunx of Luceria, c. 314-268 BC., with X or wheel spoke motif (cf. SNG Cop. 648). Inspection recommended due to variety of surfaces and preservation. SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. Lot of 3 coins. Coins range from Very Good to Fine.
