Fremont" (CA’s other 1st senator and 1st Republican presidential candidate), 1879 receipt signed by George Crocker as Treas. of the Central Pacific RR, 2 Tuolumne County Water Co. 1854 stock certificates, 1876 Bank of Butte County check signed by John Bidwell (1892 pres. candidate on Prohibition ticket), 1888 ticket stub for Yosemite Valley RR Co. and a 1944 timetable, 1862 hand-colored map (9" x 11") by Appleton of N CA, the Nicaragua Route and the Panama RR, a 1903 Yellow Aster Mining & Milling Co. check, a 1935 Miners & Merchants Bank check, etc. Very good to fine.
