Lot 1208
1916-D. PCGS graded AU-50. Big fat mintmark in the classic position. Nearly full bands, too. Dirty silver look with a decent amount of luster remaining. Really nice rims and reverse, while the "winged Liberty head" has little abrasions. Obviously original and just as it was fetched from change, no doubt, by some sharp-eyed collector in the "good old days" when collecting was oh so much simpler.
