1903, 50¢ orange. . Scott 310. Fresh, nicely centered. Fine an attractive fresh example. With conflicting 2004 P.S.E. and 2005 P.F. certificates.
The P.S.E. cert calls this "original gum, never hinged"; the P.F. cert calls it "regummed". In our opinion the stamp has original gum and is very lightly hinged, with the hinge marks reworked (brushed). In view of the duelling certs however, the lot is offered strictly "as is" (cataloged as o.g., hinged).
