One of the finest available of this date, with PCGS reporting in their Population Report that just 33 have been so graded with a single coin graded higher. The surfaces retain their original mint color, unlike most which are darkly toned. Furthermore the fields and devices are pristine, no signs of contact from other coins. Free of the usual annoyances which seem to infect most early copper.
