Himalayan Red Coral and Greek 22 Karat Gold Beaded Necklace. Red coral has been a prized material in Tibet and the Himalayan regions for many centuries. The majority of antique Tibetan red coral originates from the Mediterranean Sea, having traveled by land along the silk trade route or by sea from India.
