Lot 1220		1897-S. PCGS graded MS-66 PQ. CAC Approved. Well struck and fully white. This is a high condition rarity for this scarce date and mint. Notice the placement of the mintmark being far to the right of the normal position, actually above the post of the D of DOLLAR. This is the most commonly seen mintmark position for the 1897-S, but the S is also known located to the left above and between QUARTER DOLLAR.
