Amiry, Teimur. Heart. A still life, oil on canvas with stunning attention to detail, of an orange with leaves from which a small flower has blossomed, a sliced lemon, and a glass of white wine. In the wine glass towards the top of the glass is a reflection of Amiry painting in front of a window. Placed in an elaborate floral design gold gilded frame measuring 34"x 29". The painting measures 22½"x 19". Amiry's original oil paintings of this size have sold for $200,000 to $300,000!

Teimur Amiry is recognized throughout the world, especially in the U.S., Italy, France, Germany, and England for his modern Renaissance style. As a young man, Mr. Amiry travelled throughout Europe, spending most of his time in Italy where his work was lauded by the Italian media as the "Reinvention of the genius of Leonardo DiVinci". Amiry owned three galleries in Beverly Hills over a 40 year period (Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Rodeo Drive, and Beverly Drive) in which his work was displayed and sold. Many of his high profile clients have included Sophia Loren, Ringo Starr, Kirk Douglas and Tony Bennett. Examples of his work were left in the estates of Howard Hughes, Frank Sinatra, Fred Astaire, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. Against dark velvety backgrounds Amiry's three dimensional images are so real that they practically jump off the canvas. His trademark is a faint image of himself somewhere hidden in his paintings.
Estimated Value $80,000-UP.
