1930s Robert H. Goddard Manuscript & Drawing. Untitled single sheet with technical notes on both sides and eight (8) drawings. Written in pencil on evenly brown paper (5x8"). One side numbered "6" and other side, "7." Drawings are rocket part depictions with one that seems to ba rocket engine valve. Noted in ink by Goddard's long time assistant and supervisor of construction, Nils Ljungquist: "R.H. Goddard/Sketch and memo/% Ntl 1973." Drawings and commentary seem to involve gas & water mixtures as well as chamber turbine. Mrs. Goddard and the "Space Lady" became friends. The "Space Lady" acquired this two sided page form Mrs. Goddard.

1930s Robert H. Goddard Static Test Assembly Sketch. Single off white sheet (roughly 8.5x11") with technical notes and two lengthy drawings. Written in pencil with page unnumbered. Noted in ink by Goddard's long time assistant and his supervisor of construction, Nils Ljungquist: "Static Test/Assem./Sketch by R.H. Goddard/1931 to 1935/% Ntl 1973." Static rocket testing is crucial for rocket development. It allows the testing of a rocket on the ground so that all systems can be checked. Mrs. Goddard and the "Space Lady" became friends. The "Space Lady" acquired this sketch from Mrs. Goddard.

1930s Robert Goddard's Binoculars. Binoculars actually used by Goddard to view his rocket tests. Made by J.C. Freeman & Co, Worchester, the binoculars come with the original case. The "Space Lady " and Mrs Goddard became friends. The binoculars were acquired by the "Space Lady" from Mrs. Goddard. Unique piece of Robbert Goddard memorabilia and of the history of American Rocketry. Lot also contains two B&W photos (8x10") of the Space Lady's display of space memorabilia at North American Rockwell in the 1970s that included the binoculars. Binoculars seem to function fine.

1930s Two Oversize Robert Goddard Photos. Two (2) B&W photos (11x14") of Goddard working on static test assembly in his workshop in Rosewell NM. Each is signed by Goddard's long time assistant and chief of construction, Nils Ljungquist. One is personalized on the reverse by Ljungquist to the "Space Lady" in 1973. On this same photo it is also noted that it cannot be reproduced "except by permission of Mrs Goddard % Nils T Ljungquist." The "Space Lady" and Mrs Goddard became friends. Photos were acquired by the "Space Lady" from Mrs Goddard. Rare images of Goddard at work.

1970 "The Papers of Robert H. Goddard," Mrs Goddard's Personal Set. Three volumes complete in original slip case as published by McGraw Hill with each volume signed by Esther C Goddard as editor and volume 3 signed by long time Goddard assistant and supervisor of construction, Nils Ljungquist. Books cover the period between 1898 and 1945. The "Space Lady" has also added postage stamps to each volume cancelled on imprtant anniversary dates in American Rocketry. The "Space Lady" and Mrs Goddard became friends. The "Space Lady" acquired the set from Mrs Goddard. Unique set in excellent condition.

1940s-70s Nils T. Ljungquist, Robert Goddard's Assistant, Signed Group. Interesting group of items, mostly signed by Robbert Goddard's chief of construction. Includes 1944 first edition of C.P. Lent's "Rocket Research/History And Handbook" with Goddard depiction (unsigned with damaged cover), 1945 edition of same book signed by Ljungquist, nine various commemorative 1970s covers signed by Ljungquist, Ljungquist signed 1964 Goddard postage stamp commemorative ceemony program and hard bound "Man's Conquest of Space" signed by Ljungquist.
