Lot 433		Vintage Velvet Evening Hats. Four hats: three black and one navy velvet, all embellished with veils and/or pins. Two have "I. Magnin & Co. Importers" labels and the larger of the two also has a "Lilly Dache/ Paris/New York" label. The blue velvet hat has a "I. Magnin & Co. Custom Made" label, and the fourth hat has a "Richard Original" label. All suitable for wearing. All belonged to a wealthy Beverly Hills matron who passed away before 1970. Lot 435		Vintage Summer Hats. Lot of eight, primarily straw, all with large brims and embellishments. Five have "I. Magnin & Co. Importers" labels and one of these also has a "Lilly Dache" label; two have "Bullocks Wilshire" labels; and one has a "Bragaard Inc. New York" label. In spite of very slight fading or discoloration to a couple of these, all would look lovely as decoration in a fashion showroom. Lot 436		Vintage Hats--One With Peacock Feathers and One With Ostrich Feathers. One hat is completely covered in beautiful peacock feathers, primarily green, with touches of orange and black. It was custom made and has no label. The other hat is completely covered with rust-colored ostrich feathers and has a veil. There are two labels, one with "J.W. Robinson Co. Los Angeles" and the other "New York Creation/22½." Both suitable for wearing. Both hats belonged to a wealthy Beverly Hills matron who passed away before 1970.
