Housed in an Abafil coin case are thirty-five unusual bronzes, including several architectural types, rare busts, selected barbaric issues centering on the Burgundians, and a number of Byzantine and related medieval weights. Condition averages Fine to Very Fine; some are better. Inspection is encouraged. Lot of 35 coins, case with 5 trays included.

Impressive 19th Century British Museum Electrotype Collection of Classic Greek Coins. Mounted on dark blue velvet (toned and aged) with partially imprinted descriptions behind glass in a contemporary 19th century wooden frame are 13 classic Greek coins. Framed to an overall size of 13" x 16".

Consists of 26 pieces representing 13 obverses and 13 reverses. Depicted are the following coins as partially described in frame: Syracuse Electrum Stater 345-317 BC; Metapontum AR Distater 400-336 BC; Thurium AR Distater 400-336 BC; Rhegion AR Tetradrachm 400-336 BC; Syracuse AR Dekadrachm by Kimon 400-336 BC; Carthage AR Tetradrachm 400-336 BC; Lysimachus AR Tetradrachm Ephesus; Alexander the Great AR Tetradrachm; Macedonia AR Tetradrachm 146 BC; Smyrna Alexandrine 190-100 BC; Egypt Ptolemy I AR Tetradrachm 305-284 BC; Egypt Arsinoe II Gold Oktadrachm; Mithradates VI.
