Russian Program, c1986-90s, Russian Patches. Lot of eight different "Manufacturer Sample" Russian patches (assorted size) as sent to Director of Crew Operations Donald Puddy by H/P Enterprises of Lompoc, CA as examples of their work. These patches were all in the same sealed plastic pouch as received (included, but opened for photography and lotting). All have an H/P Enterprises label attached to the back. We can't determine if these are in issued form or not. A note enclosed in the pouch read: "Some of our Russian Patches we have produced since 1986". A great opportunity for the patch collector to acquire patches from the original source.
