Lot 2733
1921. NGC graded MS-65. White and frosty. Bright silver color without toning lights up the surfaces of this moonglow fresh and nicely preserved High Relief coin. Sometimes on this first-year issue, the devices that were left by the dies are short of the required precision at the centers due to weak die pressure, but we find the opposite to be mostly the case here, almost all the hair is finely detailed, except at the centers.
Estimated Value $1,000 - 1,100.

Lot 2734
1922-D. NGC graded MS-66. A frosty white gem. Such beauty, such vibrant originality, we encourage the successful bidder on this coin to glance sympathetically at the underbidders who failed in their efforts to acquire the coin. With so few pieces graded in MS66, it may take weeks or months to locate another. Pop 208; 15 in 67.
Estimated Value $1,000 - 1,200.
