1898. Nebraska Trans-Mississippi So-Called Dollar. HK-283 Rarity 4. NGC graded MS-65. Official Medal.32 mm. Brass. Fully brilliant. Held in Omaha, Nebraska "To display the products, manufactures and industries of the states and territories west of the Mississippi River." Official Medals were struck in the Mint Exhibit from dies made at the Philadelphia Mint. Obverse is a composite picture "of. the most beautiful women in the Trans-Mississippi country" while the reverse was designed by T. R. Kimball, Omaha.
