Although the edges have been trimmed as noted by CGA, and there are a few very minor repairs around the edges as well, this is an appealing example for the grade and represents an affordable example for the Gold Certificate specialist. Any large size Gold Certificate errors are rare, particularly such a dramatic error as an inverted back. Fewer than ten examples of this error are known with this signature combination.
