1928, $1 Legal Tender Note. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66EPQ. . Fr-1500. . KL-1444. This low serial number A00000031A example is pristine and displays wonderful originality. It is well centered, and has that "fresh from the pack" appeal. There are plenty of low serial numbered examples of this Fr. number available, but seldom are two-digit numbers available on the market.

1928, $1 Legal Tender Note. CGA graded Choice Uncirculated 64. . Fr-1500. . KL-1444. This attractive example with the low, three-digit serial number A00000130A is certain to draw collector interest. Although printed in the 1930s, this issue was not released until the late 1940s in Puerto Rico as an economy measure. Contemporary collectors were able to obtain many of the low serial numbered notes, giving today's paper money enthusiasts many such examples from which to choose.

This early small size red seal Legal Deuce bears serial number A00004000A, and is cut open from a PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 holder. The PMG insert states that there is an erasure on the face (it is located just to the left of the portrait and above the seal). Otherwise, it is still attractive and is quite desirable as a fancy serial number.
