Perfect to the unaided eye, but a strong glass reveals some extremely tiny specks of darker toning scattered over both sides. The best identifying marks are a speck of toning on the tip of the coronet, another in the field at the throat, and a "colon" of 2 specks midway between the D in UNITED and first S in STATES. These marks are mentioned to help identify this cent, but they are in no way significant or distracting. A fantastic example of this proof-only variety. EAC grade consistent with the slab grade.
