This is one of those elusive state issues and also a tiny bank for which just 10 large size and 6 small size remain in collectors hands according to the Kelly census. A desirable Plain Back 1902 five (the only large size nationals produced were the Thrid Charter Plain Backs). Well worth exercising your bid since, as the photo nearby shows, it offters the collector balanced margins, nice color and crispness, with clear bank officers' signatures to go with the scarcity. Only 10 large reported on this one-bank town. PCGS graded Extremely Fine 40.
