Gems are virtually unobtainable now that so many have been withdrawn by the government and destroyed. The portrait of Grover Cleveland on these was engraved by John Eissler. Signatures are those of Julian and Morgenthau on all 1934 and 1934-A series notes. CGA graded Gem Uncirculated 66.
