Cagney, James - Jacket From "Captains of the Clouds." Warner Bros., 1942. A tan safari jacket with gold buttons and a belt. There is a handwritten Warner Bros. Pictures label inscribed "James Cagney." One still is included. This is Cagney's Canadian Air Force service coat on which the outline of the service's winged emblem can still be seen above the left breast. One still is included. From Sotheby's Planet Hollywood Sale, December 2002.

Davis, Bette Nightgown From Bride Came C.O.D. A gorgeous champagne satin, sleeveless, floor-length nightgown with a lace trim and a satin v-neck bodice, designed by Orry-Kelly for Bette Davis in her role as "Joan Winfield" opposite James Cagney. In the 1941 Warner Bros. film, Davis plays an oil heiress who plans to elope with bandleader Allen (Tommy Keenan), but penniless pilot Steve (Cagney) makes a deal with her father to "kidnap" her to avoid the marriage. The "runaway heiress" was a popular theme in the 1930s and 40s. One reviewer called the film "exhaustingly entertaining." The gown is a beautiful piece of film history.

Hill, Benny - Suit From "Who Done It." Ealing Studios, 1956. The three-piece brown plaid suit includes a jacket with leather buttons and belt, together with a matching vest and pants. A tag pinned to the inside of the jacket identifies the jacket as Benny Hill's. Originally from Angels & Bermans, London, the costumiers to the Entertainment Industry and sold in Sotheby's Planet Hollywood Sale, December 2002.

Ice-T's Shirt and Vest In Surviving the Game. Olive green, long-sleeve shirt and camouflage vest from the 1994 movie in which Ice-T plays Mason, a homeless man being hunted for sport by six wealthy men. He co-starred with Rutger Hauer, Charles Dutton, Gary Busey, and others. A production tag is in the pocket of the 16-16½ x 35 soiled shirt, with Ice-T's name, the movie's title, and the item number. Both pieces have "Mason" written in ink on the label. The shirt is by Dickies; the vest is by Cabela's.

Mayo, Viriginia (1920-2005) Black hat worn by Virginia Mayo in "Jet Over the Atlantic," a disaster movie in which she co-starred with Guy Madison and George Raft. The small black velvet hat has a "Western Costume" tag with Miss Mayo's name written on it. Accompanied by a hat stand, a color 10 x 8 in. photograph of Miss Mayo wearing the hat, and a letter signed by Virginia Mayo (she died in January 2005) stating that she wore this hat and that it is from her personal collection of Hollywood memorabilia.

Sandler, Adam Jacket In Big Daddy. Jacket worn by Adam Sandler in the 1999 Columbia Pictures comedy Big Daddy. It can be seen on the film's movie poster and video box. The dark brown windbreaker-style jacket is synthetic and closes up the front with a zipper. The label reads: "Giorgio Armani - Le Collezioni - Made in Italy." Accompanied by the jacket worn by Dylan and Cole Sprouse, the identical twins who played Julian "Frankenstein" McGrath. The jacket exterior is a gray denim vest with a red and green hooded sweatshirt sewn inside.
