  Eisenhower, Dwight D. 34th President of the United States, 1953-1961. Collection of 1956 Presidential Campaign Memorabilia. Collection of nine rare presidential campaign items, including a 25 x 26" stars-and-stripes "Win With Ike For President" portrait banner; a circular nine-inch-round "US for Ike" wall plaque; and a 13½ x 12½" red white and blue "I Like Ike" elephant bandana, with six Eisenhower campaign buttons attached, two bearing small portraits, the rest brandishing campaign slogans. All are in Fine condition.

Original sepia-tone campaign poster, 16½ x 11", by Schervee Studios, Edmonston, from the 1920 presidential campaign. Large book-end portraits of the Republican candidates, with their names and birth dates boldly printed below each portrait. In fine condition, with minor staining to upper right corner.

Authentic 1/3 inch strand of hair encased in an ornate golden frame taken from a lock of Lee's hair originally cut by Lee himself and presented to Louise R. Thome on April 19, 1869. This lock was sold at Christies, New York. World famous expert, Charles Hamilton certified the authenticity and origin of the piece. Eleven pages of Charles Hamilton certification are enclosed. This remarkable relic is protected by a firm crystal clear polyglass holder that can double as a frame. 11 x 14".

Meserve. A lovely colored facsimile letter of original letter from world famous expert Charles Hamilton accompanies this piece attesting to the authenticity and provenance. Collection of nine rare and intriguing presidential campaign items, including a 1904 Roosevelt/Fairbanks brass watch fob; a 1904 19 x 19" red and white printed handkerchief with images of Roosevelt in his Rough Riders hat; a 3 x 5" program for the 1905 Inaugural Ball with a pencil attached; two "Teddy Bear" post cards made from real animal fur; two color post cards of Roosevelt and his family; and two small collar buttons, one featuring an image of Roosevelt, the other bearing his initials. All items are in Fine condition, with some toning to most. Assembled together in a display case.

A collection of twenty-six items relating to the Spanish-American War, including the book, The Authentic Photographic Views of the United States Navy and Scenes of the Ill-Fated Maine, by E. H. Hart, Chicago, 1898, oblong Octavo, 192 pages; seventeen medallions honoring Dewey, "Remember the Maine," Veterans Meetings, and others; two antique silver souvenir spoons, one commemorating the Flagship Olympia at the Battle of Manila Bay, with a portrait of Admiral Dewey, the other the US Battleship Massachusetts; a folding hand fans honoring General Nelson Miles; three lovely decorated silks, honoring Dewey, Gridley, and an especially elaborate silk of the USS Olympia; and two antique sewing needle kits that feature American officers and the "USS Olympiad" on the covers.
