1904 Indian Head Cent. MS-65 Red. Here a real blazer that looks like it was just plucked from an original roll. The color is bright and undiminished and ranges from bright yellow to blazing red. Well struck too.

Lot 287
1905 Indian Head Cent. NGC graded Proof 67 Brown. One of the finest graded by NGC, it is alone as the finest Brown example at this grade level, and just a few others are graded this high in the red and brown, or full red category. Beautiful blue hints on Liberty, with resplendent brown on the reverse.
We note there is a tiny raised speck of dust on the fourth feather from the top, this will cause the coin to tone differently over time, and NGC now offers a service where they will reholder the coin and remove the raised defect. This is quite important to accomplish because the longer the dust or residue stays on the coin, the more likely it will change the color and possibly damage the coin. We trust the new owner will send the coin back to NGC before this becomes a problem.
Estimated Value $700-UP.

Lot 288
1906 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded Proof 65 Red. Fiery sunset gold and red in color, with well frosted devices and clean fields. We note a faint line on Liberty's face, which must have kept this from an even higher grade. While many may believe this is a common date, in full Red condition they are scarce, in fact PCGS has graded just 18 this high, with 14 graded higher in full Red. One for the gem specialist.
Estimated Value $450 - 550.

Lot 290
1908 Indian Head Cent. NGC graded Proof 65 Red and Brown. Here is a toned collector's delight, the fields are toned a black-red with deep vibrant colors, while the devices are magenta and blue. This coin received some sort of different treatment to appear like this today, when compared with the usual run of the mill proofs we see. Take a look.

Lot 294
1909-S Indian Head Cent. MS-64 Red and Brown. This one has stunning hues of color, mostly on the obverse, and was obviously exposed to some unusual circumstances to obtain such an artist's palette of attendant hues. Deep red to green, with magenta thrown in too, take a look and see as they are too delicious to describe.
Estimated Value $500 - 600.
