Lot 1601
1923 $20 St. Gaudens. Each of the following is graded by PCGS as noted, and each label notes these are "Mint Errors" with laminations noted on the obverse or reverse. The first coin is a 1923 AU-58 with a lamination through BERT and Liberty's head; second a 1924 MS-63 with a minor lamination on the reverse at RS of DOLLARS and above; third a 1924 graded MS-64, with a long obverse lamination above the right arm of Liberty; fourth we have a 1924 graded MS-62 with a long reverse lamination extending most of the length of the eagle in a horizontal direction from his neck past the center of his body; fifth we have a 1924 graded MS-64 with a reverse lamination that extends from the wing up to the rim just left of center; and last we have a 1927 graded MS-63 with a minor lamination at LI and below of LIBERTY. As each of these coins is PCGS graded, with the lamination noted on the insert, they would be highly saleable as such. Lot of 6 coins.
