  1928-D Liberty Standing Quarter Dollar. NGC graded MS-64. Toned with greenish-yellow haze on both sides, other areas a bit gray. Luster beneath and well preserved.

1928-S Liberty Standing Quarter Dollar. NGC graded MS-66 Full Head. This one has blazing fresh luster on both sides and is graced by shadowy gold toning around the periphery. A few minor die cracks can be seen with a glass, and the strike is better than usually seen, although there is very slight weakness on Liberty's head on her ear. A recent NGC Population Report shows 31 graded this high, with 5 graded higher.

  1928-S Liberty Standing Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-66. This one has delicate gold and umber toning on both sides over very lustrous fields. Note the sharpness in the strike, the head is not quite full, although all 3 leaves on Liberty's crown are sharp. Superb surfaces throughout, and highly appealing. One of 75 graded as such, with 1 graded higher by PCGS (without a full head).
