Seemingly harshly graded, as this essentially mark free coin exhibits blazing original luster with a bit of attractive light golden tone. From a 30 year old collection and now very scarce this nice. PCGS graded MS-62.

Bolivia. Daza 20 Centavos, 1879. KM-166. Hilarión Daza Groselle (1840-1894), President of Bolivia from 1876 to 1879. He was deposed after Bolivia's botched participation in the War of the Pacific, initially caused by Daza's own actions. After a long exile in France, he was assasinated in 1894 during an attempted return to Bolivia. A rare coin in top condition, most Latin American specialists likely have never seen anything close to a Mint State specimen. This superb example from a 30 year old collection with attractive old gold, mauve and blue toning, and is Extremely Rare in this superlative state of preservation. NGC graded MS-63.
