Medals honor Chaim Weizman (President from 1949-52), Izhak Ben-Zvi (1952-63), Zalman Shazar (1963-73), Chaim Herzog (1983-93), and Ezer Weizman. The dates indicated for Ezer Weizman are 1924-2005 which are his years of birth and death whereas the dates indicated for each of the other Presidents represent his term in office.
