1908-S. With motto. PCGS graded MS-61. A scarce low mintage date. A touch of delicate rose color toning adds to its appeal. The 1908 Indian is the first issue of the With Motto type in the ten dollar Indian series. It also recorded a very low mintage S-mint release in form of the ’08-S. There is only one type issued by San Francisco in 1908, unlike Philadelphia and Denver, all of them have the motto IN GOD WE TRUST in the field left of the eagle. As a date, 1908-S is considered very scarce since only 59,850 were made (PCGS # 8861) Estimated Value $2,000 - 2,200 View details and enlarged photos Check results on similar lots
